Be Careful - Experts May Not Be (Do Your Homework)

Remember how some articles have downplayed the benefits of taking vitamins to help boost the body’s ability to fight the Coronavirus? Some even interviewed “experts” who said you should be getting your nutrition from the food you eat. Did you know that advice is nearly two decades old and has been reversed by the American Medical Association? I bet you haven’t heard. For me, it was an argument I had with a medical doctor friend back around the year 2001. A couple of years later the Journal of the AMA published scientific review articles reversing that view and recommended everyone supplement their nutrition with a multivitamin. Free Masks to Customers

Some businesses nation-wide are requiring employees to wear face masks. And some are handing out free masks to patrons! This is exactly what I said I would do if I had a retail store so I could keep the doors open. Such is an example of one of many possible options that should have been available instead of a nanny-state force closing.
